HAMMER SPR-W 333 is a strong high performance single component solvent free heat & water resistant sprayable adhesive system based on the latest modified hybrid PVOH resin technology used in class D3. It is ideal for wood working process in cold press/hot press/roller press/vacuum press & post forming applications. SPR-W 333 is a water resistant adhesive specially formulated for laminate pasting. Product exhibits faster setting characteristics along heat and water resistant properties. SPR-W 333 is a one-component adhesive based on polyvinyl acetate emulsion blend with latest modified resin technology and with enriching additives for making elastic joints. After achieving full strength, the joint offers very good adhesion to wood, wood-based product and porous surfaces.

• HAMMER SPR-W 333 is used for bonding wood, HDF, MDF, plywood, laminates, block board, particle board, veneer, hard board to each other. It can be used in hot press, roller press, cold press and vaccum press for bonding laminates and veneer. Typical applications are windows and doors. SPR-W 333 gives very strong adhesion power and water resistence.

• Precautions
  

  To ensure safe storage of product, containers should be well sealed to prevent evaporation of water and the formation of skin on the surface. The emulsion must be stored at a temperature above freezing. Higher temperatures will affect quality and cause the formation of crusts and skins, especially if the containers are not tightly closed or subjected to direct sunlight for long periods.
  General Instructions/Precautions for Uses:
  Store away from direct heat & sunlight.
  Skin formation if any, should be removed before use.
  Water should not be added for dilution as it may adversely affect the performance of the product.
  Stir the content of the container well before use.
  All surfaces must be clean, dry and free from grease, dust, oil etc.
