HAMMER MPU 7 is solvent borne One Component superior grade high performance synthetic rubber based adhesive formulated for membrane pressing or vacuum forming PVC foils in the manufacture of doors and panels, kitchen cabinets, furniture components and post forming applications. Initial application by spray gun, and bonds are subsequently formed by heat activation in the membrane press. MPU 7 has excellent spray characteristics and superior final bonds strength.

• HAMMER MPU 7 is ideal for applying PVC materials to wood. The minimum reactivation temperature is 70-80 C° , enabling the product to be used on a range of different presses. Used for bonding PVC to wood and post forming applications. It can be used for bonding PVC Foils to Flush Doors in vacuum press. It can also be used in hot press, roller press, vacuum press and post forming machines.

• Precautions
  

  HAMMER MPU 7 contains volatile organic solvents and should be stored under the shade in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight and should be free from spark, source of fire and should have sufficient ventilation.

  Stir the content of the container well before use
