• HAMMER WPC 555 is ready to use high performance, non-hazardous, non-toxic, eco friendly water based polyvinyl acetate copolymer adhesive having fast setting time. It can be used at room temperature without heat treatment or hardener.

• HAMMER WPC 555 can be used as a bonding agent by machine / brush / manual applications in different applications like:

  Polystyrene tiles to walls.
  PVC tiles to concrete floors.
  Labeling on Glass, PVC and PET bottles.
  Cellulose Acetate Films to Papers.
  Side seaming of PVC / POLYESTER / BOPP laminated varnished cartons.
• Precautions
  

  To ensure safe storage of product, containers should be well sealed to prevent evaporation of water and the formation of skin on the surface. The emulsion must be stored at a temperature above freezing. Higher temperatures will affect quality and cause the formation of crusts and skins, especially if the containers are not tightly closed or subjected to direct sunlight for long periods.

  General Instructions/Precautions for Uses:
  Store away from direct heat & sunlight.
  Skin formation if any, should be removed before use.
  Stir the content of the container well before use.
  All surfaces must be clean, dry and free from grease, dust, oil etc.
