HAMMER MPW 1K is superior grade high performance single component solvent free adhesive system used for mosaic tiles, glass, PVC tiles, ceramic materials, acrylic, fibre-nylon net bonding applications. MPW 1K is a polyvinyl acetate copolymer water based acrylic emulsion enriching with special additives. MPW 1K has excellent performance and forms bond between the substrates viz, acrylic, fibre-nylon net, PVC, wood, cloth, papers etc. and any other substrate viz, glass mosaic tiles, glass, PVC, ceramics materials etc.
MPW 1K can be used as a bonding agent by manual brushing application in variety of applications as follows:
Glass Mosaic Tiles, Ceramics materials, PVC tiles, glass to acrylic, fibre-nylon net bonding applications.
Bonding between substrates viz, PVC, wood, cloth, papers etc. and any other substrate viz, glass mosaic tiles, ceramics materials, PVC, glass etc.
To ensure safe storage of product, containers should be well sealed to prevent evaporation of water and the formation of skin on the surface. The emulsion must be stored at a temperature above freezing. Higher temperatures will affect quality and cause the formation of crusts and skins, especially if the containers are not tightly closed or subjected to direct sunlight for long periods.
