HAMMER BONDX is a high-strength and single component adhesive dispersion especially suitable for gluing of tongue and groove in laminate and other wooden floors. The adhesive is very suitable for wood to wood bonding application as well as wooden structural applications. BONDX is based on the latest modified PVOH & Polyvinyl Copolymer Dispersion. The joint after achieving full strength, offers very good adhesion to wooden surfaces subjected to static and dynamic load and ensures good initial adhesion. BONDX is a high performance heat & water resistant adhesive suitable for wood lamination, exceptional fast drying and vertical lamination.
HAMMER BONDX is suitable for bonding of tropical wood, sandwich panels, finger joint, edge bonding, edge banding, other porous substrates etc. Typical applications are windows and doors and having excellent performance in wood lamination with exceptional fast setting speed of 2 hours. HAMMER BONDX is designed and developed for bonding various substrates like Wood, Laminates, HDF, MDF, Glass and other porous surfaces such as plywood, flush doors, block board, particle board etc. and many other substrates.
Specially formulated adhesive for wood lamination, door and window applications, vertical laminationTo ensure safe storage of product, containers should be well sealed to prevent evaporation of water and the formation of skin on the surface. The emulsion must be stored at a temperature above freezing. Higher temperatures will affect quality and cause the formation of crusts and skins, especially if the containers are not tightly closed or subjected to direct sunlight for long periods.
