HAMMER AQUA is a high strength one component ultra marine waterproof adhesive based on the latest modified hybrid resin technology used in marine adhesives. It is ideal for wood working process in hot press/roller press/cold press/vacuum press applications. HAMMER AQUA is a exceptional fast drying and high strength Poly Vinyl Copolymer dispersion suitable where high water resistance is required e.g. for laminating wood for furniture, kitchen tables, assembling of frame wood etc. It can also be used in furniture and wood industry for assembling, laminating of panel boards and edge bonding (wood, laminate, veneer etc). The joint achieves very high strength in a short time and offers strong adhesion to wooden surfaces. After reaching full strength, the joint has strong adhesion to wood surfaces subjected to static and dynamic loads and ensures good initial adhesion.

• HAMMER AQUA is suitable for bonding wood, HDF, MDF, plywood, laminates, block board, particle board, veneer, hard board to each other. It can be used in hot press, roller press and vacuum press for bonding laminates and veneer. It can also be used in cold press and manual bonding application. Typical applications are windows and doors. AQUA gives very strong adhesion power and exceptional high heat resistance and water resistance.

• Precautions
  To ensure safe storage of product, containers should be well sealed to prevent evaporation of water and the formation of skin on the surface. The emulsion must be stored at a temperature above freezing. Higher temperatures will affect quality and cause the formation of crusts and skins, especially if the containers are not tightly closed or subjected to direct sunlight for long periods.
  General Instructions/Precautions for Uses:
  Store away from direct heat & sunlight.
  Skin formation if any, should be removed before use.
  Water should not be added for dilution as it may adversely affect the performance of the product.
  Stir the content of the container well before use.
  All surfaces must be clean, dry and free from grease, dust, oil etc.
