HAMMER PUR-W 1K is a superior grade high performance multipurpose single component water borne polyurethane dispersion (PUD) system. This special breed of PUD system have been developed to work on just about all normal materials, porous or non porous substrates. It gives excellent bond strength on wood, metals, rubbers, leather, tiles, glass, many plastics, PVC, concrete, ceramic, fabric, paper and other most of synthetic substrates. It gives instant bonding when heat activated. PUR-W 1K can be used for bonding calcium silicate board with EPS, XPS, PU foam, rock wood, MDF, plywood, melamine board, phenolic insulation board, perlite board, aluminum, etc. Wood chips or saw dust can be mixed with PUR-W 1K to make fiberboard. PUR-W 1K provides extremely strong bonding. Even before the adhesive dries and seals completely, the initial bond is strong enough that clamps and other types of instruments are unnecessary.
HAMMER PUR-W 1K Polyurethane Adhesives are used to bond or repair wood materials in the home, construction site or factory, replacing traditional adhesives, such as cements or wood glues, and traditional fixings, including nails or screws. PUR-W 1K can be used for bonding calcium silicate board with EPS, XPS, PU foam, rock wood, MDF, plywood, melamine board, phenolic insulation board, perlite board, aluminum, etc. PUR-W 1K can be used in automotive industry for vehicle interiors. It can also be used in making fiberboard. Storage:
1. This product is packed in HDPE Barrel of 220 Kg or HDPE drum of 55 Kg
2. It must store in the room, keep good ventilation, storage temperature 5-37 degree C.
3. This Product has a shelf life of 6 months. If the storage period exceeds the standard, the performance should be assessed.
Handling & Precautions:
1. If PUR-W 1K needs to be diluted, deionized water must be used; if not, flocculation or demulsification may occur.
2. If needs to be mixed with other products, compatibility and storage stability must be tested.
3.Transportation: the product is handled and handled lightly in the process of shipment. It is strictly prohibited to put the product upside down, impact or squeez. PUR-W 1K.
