HAMMER OCEAN is a strong & high performance one component water resistant adhesive based on the latest modified PVOH resin technology used in water resistant adhesives. It is ideal for wood working process in hot press/roller press/cold press/vacuum press applications. HAMMER OCEAN is a fast drying and high strength Poly Vinyl Acetate dispersion suitable where high water resistance is required e.g. for laminating wood for furniture, kitchen tables, assembling of frame wood etc. It can also be used in furniture and wood industry for assembling, laminating of panel boards and edge bonding (wood, laminate, veneer etc). The joint achieves very high strength in a short time and offers very good adhesion to wooden surfaces. After reaching full strength, the joint has very good adhesion to wood surfaces subjected to static and dynamic loads and ensures good initial adhesion.
HAMMER OCEAN is suitable for bonding wood, HDF, MDF, plywood, laminates, block board, particle board, veneer, hard board to each other. It can be used in hot press, roller press and vacuum press for bonding laminates and veneer. It can also be used in cold press and manual bonding application. Typical applications are windows and doors. OCEAN gives strong adhesion power and high water resistance.

To ensure safe storage of product, containers should be well sealed to prevent evaporation of water and the formation of skin on the surface. The emulsion must be stored at a temperature above freezing. Higher temperatures will affect quality and cause the formation of crusts and skins, especially if the containers are not tightly closed or subjected to direct sunlight for long periods.
